We are proud of our Majestic DNA, centred around teamwork, our passion for the products we sell, our commitment to service excellence and our dedication to helping customers discover new wines they will love.
Education drives success
At Majestic, we know that doesn’t happen by accident. Our enduring success is driven by hiring great people and investing in their learning and development. Majestic is one of the biggest wine educators in Europe, funding and coaching our colleagues to around 400 Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) qualifications every year. Every single one of our 1,000+ store colleagues are either educated or working towards their WSET Level 2, with Store Managers at Level 3. A number of them even have a WSET Diploma.

We also invest heavily in opening career progression opportunities for all of our colleagues, operating six L&D programmes that offer something for everyone, no matter which career path you want to take with Majestic. We are proud that our commitment to developing our teams was recognised when we were named the Happiest Place to Work at the prestigious Retail Week Awards in 2024.
