Unparalleled local service
Our Majestic stores double up as micro fulfilment hubs, allowing us to provide fast, reliable and consistent deliveries from more than 200 locations across the UK.
Around 90% of all Majestic Commercial orders are now serviced by the teams in our Majestic shops, via their own dedicated delivery vans. By focusing on serving hospitality businesses that operate within 10 miles of a Majestic store, we can provide stock faster than traditional suppliers.

Majestic Commercial’s online ordering portal provides all of our customers with the flexibility to manage orders, track deliveries, and review stock, whenever it is convenient for them.


Training
By combining deep wine expertise, sales capability, and behavioural insight, we ensure our partners are equipped to thrive in a competitive market. All of our customer-facing colleagues are WSET qualified, with over 30 at Level 3 and several holding Diplomas. They provide tailored, hands-on learning, including bespoke training materials and in person tasting sessions.
