Elizabeth moved to Majestic as Commercial Director of its Retail business in August 2024, taking on responsibility for Buying, Merchandising, Trade Planning, E-commerce, Supply Chain and Marketing. Elizabeth was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in May 2025, following the creation of Majestic Wine Group.

Elizabeth brings a wealth of wine, retail and loyalty expertise to the Group, having spent 14 years at Sainsbury’s — five of which were in the role of Category Director for Beers, Wines and Spirits. Immediately prior to Majestic, Elizabeth was Director of Operations at the Sainsbury’s-owned loyalty, insights and media services agency, Nectar360.
